Kholofelo Ramalatso, warmly known as Kay, is the founder of Property Sisters.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Building Sciences from the University of Johannesburg. After serving the Mining, Petrochemical, Piping, Mechanical and Electrical industry as a Quantity Surveyor for 8 Years she joined the Real estate industry under Keller Williams SA as a Candidate Property Practitioner for 3 Years and wrote the PDE 4 and 5 board exams before leading the Property Sisters team as a Master Practitioner in Real Estate.
She currently registered as a Candidate Valuer with South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession and holds the following Real Estate qualifications MPRE, PPRE, NQF 4 and NQF 5.
